Meet Jennie Rhodes, Owner of Puppy Dog Lane Grooming

Jennie Rhodes grew up farm-raised, surrounded by animals from her earliest years. She spent 10 years in 4H — a program built on hands-on animal care and responsibility — before turning that lifelong passion into a career.

With over 6 years of professional grooming experience and an associate's degree in business, Jennie founded Puppy Dog Lane as a deliberately different kind of grooming studio. She runs it out of her own home — appointment-only, no walk-ins, one pet at a time — because she believes every animal deserves focused, undistracted attention.

After relocating from Plymouth, Indiana to South Bend, she brought her clients, her values, and her motto with her: big or small, I welcome all. Dogs, cats, gentle giants, anxious pups — Jennie takes them all.
